Current news section added to website.

Virtual room code now has tighter restrictions on entry action naming, and does nicer formatting, which links it into the color coding as well.

Some automatically created areas updated to properly keep ships from being able to drive into or through them.

Small bug in the convert process corrected. This should correct the occasional 'You do not have enough karmans for that' message, when enough karmans did, indeed, exist.

A rounding issue with karman display in +sheet has been corrected.

The in-server '@doing' command has been enabled. (Thank you Rasya!)

The MUSH help document (both on the website, and via 'news') has been updated
to include additional help on finding help, plus a section on using page and
mail.
